1. Can someone register for more than one competition?

Yes, you can register for all four if you want! You can even submit more than one entry for the Short Film Showdown and the Poetry/Rap Slam if you’d like. Let those creative juices flow!

1. What if someone is not able to make it to the trivia portion of the event on the day of the competition? Could someone else take our place?

Teams must register for the Trivia Faceoff at least 3 weeks in advance, and you may have up to 8 members on your team, though only 4 will compete at a time. Since you have those additional members, your team will not suffer, Insha Allah, if you cannot attend. So basically, the answer to the question is no.

1. I am no longer in high school. Can I still participate?

If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, or are in high school, you can come on over and join the fun! If you are not, you can still join the fun by either attending the competition as a valued member of the fabulous audience, or..we can always, always use some more volunteers

1. How can I volunteer or help with MAC YOUTH QUEST?

I am so glad that question was asked! You can contact the MAC YOUTH QUEST rep in your city and ask him/her (I’m sure you’ll make their day).

• What if we want to participate in the local city competitions, but are not able to attend the regional competitions?

No problemo. You can still join all the excitement and fun at the local competitions, and if you win and are not able to attend the regionals we will ask the second place winner so represent your city, so please don’t let this stop you from taking the MAC YOUTH QUEST challenge.
